yeah I watched some pokemon with him the last year but he getting a little bored.

so I said we're try something else, thought I look up digimon and maybe yugioh :)

yugioh would proberly be okay to watch, those there is more fan service in that one, it's proberly okay for teenagers but you may wanna look it up.

Digimon I good. Watched it all with my little brother when I was 13. Some other recommendations Muumin, (recent) T.P Bon, and 1980 Astro Boy (the first episode though is cruel cause what happens to the main character).

Digimon is much better english subbed. I remember rewatching Digimon and Yugioh subbed when I originally seen it dubbed. It was like night and day.

I think 2003 Astro Boy is the best version if you watch it fansubbed. I really don't like the dub. I know you're looking for dubs, but I still thought I'd share my opinion.

I also saw what you said about Dragon Ball. I really don't think your parents would like your brother watching that; it's much more violent than Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh.
They wouldn't like your brother reading Yu-Gi-Oh either, but I think the anime is fine. It dials down the outrageous parts to make the story more child friendly.

I do think dragonball and naruto are a little over the top.

I was thinking maybe digimon, yugioh and medabots from what I've looked up and after people comments.

zoids, battle b Daman, and Digimon tamers were my favorite as a kid lots of safe action nothing too concerning. I will also mention if he's a marvel fan there is an x men, ironman, blade and wolverine anime however I don't remember how pg they are, blade for sure you can avoid I remember there being sword fights and blood but I believe Ironman is fine.
