| Hmm, it is a pretty bizarre chapter. It feels like an extended Next Dimension's epilogue, but its main purpose was to be an announcement or prologue of some sort to a new Saint Seiya project. As a prologue chapter to a hypothetical sequel manga, I think it is pretty underwhelming. Inferior to the ND's prologue. But as an announcement? Well, time will tell. From what I read, it still hasn't been decided what the next Saint Seiya manga project will be. The only thing certain is that it will happen. The best thing about this chapter was that beautiful double spread with Gold Saints from the original series and Next Dimension. Beautiful way to pay respect to all of them. I also liked placing another emphasis on Aiolos' role in the story and its significance. |
