| As someone who grew up on Naruto, I could 100% disagree. Boruto was a huge sleep fest, pretty mediocre for both anime & manga. It doesn’t feel natural, characters lost their glow, it’s like he can’t write more than 5 characters a time, it seems like Shikamaru lost his IQ and just panics all the time to me he’s the worst hokage that ever graced konoha. Kawaki is mid & corny, didn’t learn any jutsus or become any stronger, all he did was get drip lol. All in all, TBV is better and its quite decent but as a sequel to the original hit shonen jump series Naruto, he’s not there. He doesn’t have a good grasp of the foundation that Kishimoto layed for him. |

I genuinely don’t understand how a series with some of the best fights is so hated upon (maybe even the greatest fight in fiction with naruto and sasuke vs momo).
