Yes, i liked how everyone already says this is like Suzume and welp, that one was an 8/10, so this is maybe 8/10 as well

This is what happens when you have a lot of money and animation talent thrown at a great premise, but somehow get a cheesy, superficial, incoherent script. It makes you wonder what happened for it to end up this way. Were executives tampering with the story? No one wants to make dialogue that sounds this contrived. Most writers would prefer the plot follows from the character's personalities and desires rather than having thoughts shoehorned into characters in order to make it to the next desired plot point, right?

I really wanted to like this. The first third seems to be setting up for something really cool. But the more I think about this, the lower my score for it falls.

Would have really needed a whole 30 more minutes minimum to explore more, this is extremely rushed at the end but the first half was good at least 7/10
