| Of course it ends on a random moment again. Wouldn't say cliffhanger, because that would mean the plot was ever interesting. Was expecting a sort of hunger games/maze runner kind of setting, but it's just nonsensical. Level gaps are still a mystery to me, it's like it doesn't matter. Good graphics/animations though... 4/10 |

| Zao, Bai Er, Shu Ai and Qiao Jingting manage to reach the real governor and all he has to say after they've been through so many hallucinations and illusions is that he wants to join them? What a waste of time, this guy has some massive superiority complex vibes now that he is the last salvation for the group. Vanguard guild arrived at the Wood Rhino town in flocks to capture them. (And that's the cliffhanger, literally after all this time...) This series started off good and just ruined it with such useless enemies, threw away some decent characters with potential ( in both bad and good guys), the immortal marrow washing ceremony - what happened to the powers they received? Where is Qiao Jingting's awakened power? So much plot holes unanswered and all we got was this wasteful episode of running around in illusive states chasing after a governor while they're being chased too??? |
