I have read the manga and I didn't notice any huge difference.

I saw someone here talking about being upset by the removal of some scenes but what are these differences ?

on a casual watching it doesn't seem like much. Scenes that were separate are smushed together (e.g. Gesicht was originally reluctant to go on vacation, and his first chats with the travel agent did not have his wife present)

But if you start rewinding / flipping back and putting pieces of the mystery together you start to notice that the manga offers a little bit more, especially for BRAU-1589 and the ultimate computer / Roosevelt that can go a longer way. Some small lines that may be cut in a scene can give a bit more clarity. I think the biggest thing to be cut is when
(someone here asked how BRAU-1589 could know certain things, and that would be big reason why). Everything with Roosevelt before about the fifth volume was cut, a part that already felt out of left field is made even moreso in the anime.

There are some Tezuka & Astro Boy gags and references that got the cut, like when the Adolf's son is reading the robot history text book and mentions "Professor Wakuchia" or when Ochanomizu talks bout redesigning police vehicles to look like cartoon dogs. Sure it doesn't effect the plot but as the series was a tribute it does feel like a bit of a loss.

There are some things I think the anime changed for the better too though. The KR group's costume was even more of a blatant KKK knockofff (pointed hoods). In the manga, Adolf had a robot maid that was old and his son wanted to upgrade, that was removed in the anime which makes more sense given his beliefs. Some dialogue especially at the end I think is improved at least going by official translations,
That's without getting into things the anime can do that manga cannot.

There are some changes in the buildup and process of action, but nothing to extreme, it is basically loyal to the source material.
