| Actually, he did not use the 'Rule Breaker' skill. He just asked about it because if it is a real skill he can use it for bluffing. The skill he actually used is the 'Display Anomaly'. The Company hacked into Seiran's device with this skill and Hiroto bluffed him like he was using Rule Breaker to change the rules. When in reality, only Seiran's device has been changed, not the entire rules. Hiroto can convince Seiran about the rules changed and made him discard all of his cards in the end. While Hiroto still had one card left in his hand. |
