Question about manga vs anime

So I finished rewatching season 1 (I’ve watched both seasons and read the manga to the end after the anime). After going to the manga to find clarification on Hakuryu becoming a king’s candidate and noticed several inconsistencies with what was happening. Does the same situation happen with season 2?

I will probably read the Zagan dungeon arc at some point even though I like season 1 outside the rushed feeling of the last episode

Manga is better, yeah in the start and zagan arc in the anime they changed it from the manga

I definitely think you should read the manga but I would read adventures of sinbad first because they talk about events from AOS in the later volumes

It’s been a few years since I’ve watched it so my memory is fuzzy. Just wanted to see if there was differences from the manga to the anime in season 2.
