| I excluded Chihayafuru from my list because I don't think Chihaya is "smart" in the way the OP asked. She incredibly motivated and devoted to karuta, but not someone either I or she would call smart. Her grades are a good example. In terms of "smarts," Taichi and Desktomu are obviously the winners, and I would put Kana-chan ahead of Chihaya in this category as well. |
| I didn't even finish the anime. But I thought the main character of "Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita" looked, from what I saw, "smart". I don't know whether to describe her as smart, per se that term is quite subjective. Anyway, I give you this piece of information, since I imagine that what you're looking for is an anime with a female protagonist different from the average, i.e. more intelligent, more serious, less submissive, etc. |
