Watching this episode as a manga reader felt like there was so many things missing. They skip way too many things like the problem with all the guys, the captain of the knights and some other details and discussion that I find important. It felt like they rush this episode

Umm, rather than complaining about just reading the manga version, why not try the original LN source instead.

I too read the manga version of this, and it's not the way to compare this with the anime, but the anime felt very consistent from the get-go.

Oh I'm not complaining or anything
It's just that it felt a little bit less developed than the previous episodes
I totally love the show right now and yes I haven't read the LN yet. I just know the manga and there's was more development before what happened in episode 7

I guess I don't need to tell you anymore that they are cutting things, right?

Overall, the anime is a good adaptation, but it can't convey the same emotion as the novel.

Scenes that almost made me cry are not getting the same effect in the anime, because the novel has as much time as it wants to develop the characters, while in the anime the time is limited.

If you enjoyed the novel, I recommend you to read the anime, the anime is not bad, on the contrary, but it can not convey the same feeling. I say this not only for this work, but for all works that originate from the novel, the anime in 99.9% of the time will be below the original material, because the novel is exactly what the author thought.

In the case of adaptations of works originating from the manga, it is very easy for the anime to come out superior, since there will hardly be any cut scenes, on the contrary, it is possible to improve and extend scenes without cutting anything from the original material.

But about Tensei Oujo, in the novel, in that part of the lecture, for example, the whole time you can feel the pressure and anger Anis feels towards the Ministry of Magic, because they have always tried to fuck with her life. When Euphie gives her speech, Anis tries very hard to hold back her tears, because for the first time, she and her work are being recognized, which makes her feel rewarded, even if she thought she didn't care about it.

Scenes like this, about character development, are being cut, or less detailed, not resulting in the emotional weight that the scene has. Of course, not everything is being cut, but cutting some of it already hurts the experience.

Again, the anime is not bad, but the novel is better.

What I can say as a reader is that I'm confused, whether I should be happy with them because they made it adapt 3 Vol (LN) or should I be sad because so many things that I think are fun have been missed, but as a viewer I can be sure of one thing that this Tenten anime is great and it also has its own good things that are not in LN and Manga.

Yeah i find that Manga adaptations of Light Novels tend to fall short. Overlord, Slime, Mushoku Tensei, Spider Isekai, Re:ZERO, and these are just naming a few. if it's adapted from a light novel, just read the LN, the manga will be disappointing in most cases

To me, kinda feels like they had a goal in terms of where the story had to progress through in the anime, and they only had 12 eps to do so, I felt like the clue prob should’ve been picked up when they cut straight from the dragon being defeated to them dancing at the party together

Novel is long. It is impossible to put everything into limited time anime.

There are important thing that skipped yes, but even among the important detail, there are something that more important than the others and anime chooses to keep the more important things over the less important things.

This is one reason you shouldn't read d the source materiel along with watching the anime adaption. (If you haven't read the source material before**)  You should only do it after you finished watching the adaption, I tried it myself, it works better that way: You will feel "wow, there are so many new details I don't know before in the source material" instead of "Why anime version cut out so many things from the source material"
