That's my prediction. Games are only allowed to be discounted every 30 days, which is why it wasn't during the winter sale.

I'm not sure if you want that. Square Enix games on pc have the same taste as expired milk, depending your luck, the game is unstable at times.

Never had any trouble with NieR Automata even though I'm playing on a technically unsupported platform, linux.

They fixed the majority of the bugs and crashes.
I don't think I've experienced any except the health bar thing (which I'm mostly sure is intentional).

If it does, Y'all better buy it. I'd consider it the best game I've ever played, Nier/Nier Replicant being a close second.

I am very exited for the qnime, but doubt it could ever tell the story as good as the game can, as much if the environmental and subtextual storytelling relies on it being a game.

It’s very likely, I don’t see why they wouldn’t discount it when they release the series. The basic game is a bit dated but there’s a bunch of mods that improve QOL and the visuals without killing the performance.
Initially I pirated the game but ended up buying it and finishing it again completely because of the impact the story had on me

I hate playing jrpgs on PC, they all feel incredibly clunky and the experience is awful.

This game gets discounts very often, I've seen it go as long as $10-15 on Gamestop before.

Only the Switch version seems to be the most expensive one.

I thought there would be promotion during the release of the anime but there was nothing. I'm very upset with square enix, I thought it would have a discount like it was with Cyberpunk Edgerunner, but it seems I was wrong. it's been almost a year since there's been no promotion
