About Encode & Re-encoding Anime Video For Content Creator

so I currently trying to make a content out of anime scene on TikTok (and planning to YouTube Shorts in the future), and I had some question regarding video editing and encoding. but before that, I'll explain step by step how I process a video until it was ready to be posted on TikTok.

why not just use Handbrake for all of that? it even has Trimming feature too or you can use AviDemux for cutting/trimming

and if you want to use the commandline or CLI then Handbrake is more easier than ffmpeg

you can get all commandlines of HandbrakeCLI by using the command on the command prompt or terminal
handbrakecli.exe --help > help.txt

so you can check all the commandlines inside the help.txt file by opening it with notepad

the reason why I want to use FFMPEG is because I could run multiple encodes and left it to sleep overnight, while with Handbrake, no matter how many I put to queue, they only process the first video I put in the queue.

you can write a batch file though for HandbrakeCLI version just like how you do it with FFmpeg

also quick google and the GUI of Handbrake has Batch Conversion feature too here https://windowsloop.com/batch-convert-files-in-handbrake/
