Hmm not quite sure about her voice, it's not bad but I was expecting a deeper / mature voice given her appearance.

I expected another voice like Kayano Ai or Sawashiro Miyuki or Sakamoto Maaya (Since they usually make the Onee-san type of character). Although to be honest the actual VA is doing a good job I suppose.

I think is pretty good and fits the character perfei. A more "mature" voice would get boring IMO.

I have watched the Japanese language version and am currently watching the English dub and honestly, both VA's are doing a great job imo.
