| Sadly I am familiar with this system. Few years ago we were given the option of voluntary resignation or staying where we are. But unlike here where they get nothing, those who chose voluntary resignation were still getting their salaries for 3 months to cover their expanses until they get to find a new job. I declined it so I ended up transferred to another division. |
