Considering that the most abundant scores are 7 and then 6, this just seems like it isn't the most liked manga. I don't think it's that much of a bot problem.

mal already addressed the 1 spamming problem so all those bots are filtered already,

the easiest way to floor a score is spaming one lower level score at a time or one higher level score at a time with a brute force attack, example if a series has a 9, then it will spam 8s, while if a series has a 5 it will spam 6 to raise it up etc.
and when a series drops down to that point they will all switch their scores simultaneously to 7s and slowly to 6 etc. thats how they can avoid the filter, and slowly move a score down,
spaming 1s rapidly is not gonna work
