So no discussions have been made for this webtoon.
I began reading it two weeks ago and I am kinda obsessed.

I love Navier as a protagonist a lot. In many ways I can relate to how she hides her emotions in situations she isn't happy in because I do exactly the same. And I absolutely adore how she shows her happiness whenever she speaks to 'Queen'.
The art is beautiful and captivating as well. One aspect I love are the character's long pointy noses - this trait is traditionally used for 'evil' characters, but I love how elegant Sumpul draws it.

I also wonder why Rashta is trying so hard to make Navier's life a misery? And I am curious to know why Rashta was chosen by Sovieshu. Why did he neglect Navier when they used to get along so well as children? Sure, their marriage was out of convenience and maybe they never loved each other, but when did the friendship die out?

I'm curious to find this all out.

I know that over 100 chapters have already been translated elsewhere, but I think I'll just wait weekly for webtoon to release them since I'll have to wait even longer if I binge now and hit the point where the translations stop.

I've been reading the web novel where you see more of what occurs with the main 3. I feel you on being obsessed, as the moment I began to read it, I was hooked!

I have a question. How different is the web novel to the webtoon? Because I know that art is different for the webtoon. Is the web novel like a regular novel but online? Or does it have a lot of illustrations?

I was thinking of just reading ahead, but I’m a bit reluctant because the chapters apparently stopped translating into English due to the Webtoon’s release.

In my opinion, there are not too many differences. The webnovel is like a regular novel, but it does have a lot of illustrations interspersed, and the dialogues have the character picture next to who is speaking.

Imo it's worth the read. If you catch up and want details, there are also lots of spoilers around. Since the novel raws are free, as well, people sometimes just read those with mtl. I heard the grammar is horrible and it reads really strangely, but it's... somewhat understandable. XD

Yeah I also heard that people use translators for the raws. I might do that if it’s somewhat understandable lol! Where can we read the official novel? I kinda don’t want to wait weekly anymore haha

Understandable. The novel is here. Also there's a lot of pretty art to look at :)

ahh thank you so much! ^^ how do I translate this into English?
Also there was an official English translation up until the webtoon began to publish correct? Is there a way to access that or did they take it down?
Edit: I think I found the English version!

I usually just use google translate on the entire webpage, though I heard papago is a bit more accurate for Korean translations.

I've read the web novel it took quite long around 150 chapters, the main love interest (henry?? I think his name) was close to marrying navier. But it was quite slow burn and it dragged so I stopped it. Seeing the manhwa I might check it out but I can't stand the emperor or rashata (whatever her name is)

just wanna feel wanted by someone other than the police 😫

Yeah I ended up reading the web novel because I was eager to know what happened next, I still haven’t caught up but the English translation goes up to 175 and now i’m reading my own badly google translate version lol! But yes they do end up getting married a couple of chap from where you left off of.
I was looking at some of the MAL reviews of this and others had the same complaint that it’s slow burn, but personally I quite like that. That way I’m getting to know the world and the characters and seeing the progression between Navier and Henry’s relationship, as well as the fall between Navier and Sovieshu. Yeah Rashta is annoying af but that’s how her character is supposed to be and I can understand that. But I can also understand the hate she receives because I dislike her too lol. If this makes it better for you, she doesn’t refer to herself in third person in the webtoon, so they tame her annoying meter down in that sense. Either way she is basically the cause of the entire story and the events would be completely different without her. If anything, Sovieshu is the worst character for being so blind and literally stupid. Like how is he even an emperor haha

The webtoon/manhwa version is really good as well, i’m not sure which I prefer. The webtoon has beautiful art, but so does the webnovel. The art styles are both so distinct - the web novel being more realistic like portraits whereas the webtoon obviously will be more comic/manga like.
As for the story and pacing, I think the webtoon is going at a faster pace than the web novel as I’m only on chapter 31 and the Navier/Henry Wilwol stuff has already happened.
If anything some of the details, like personal thoughts and feelings are not always presented in the webtoon the way they are in the novel. But I don’t think that affects the story too much.

And apologies for the extremely long response! I’m just really into the series right now lol
I deffo think you should check out the webtoon. See how you think of it.
