Something like a mystery thriller, or horror, or just something enjoyable to binge at a rainy night. A lot of people have made lists about "anime to watch on a rainy day" but i think the a rainy night or a storm is a quite different and unique atmosphere.
Pls help

I think the Kara no Kyoukai series is perfect for this particular situation.

The Black Jack OVA gives that kind of atmosphere I think.
Also the patlabor films and ghost in the shell.

Hmmm, I actually agree, it’s just the fact that they are movies that it takes quite a lot of commitment to start watching

Hmm, this is a good question I remember watching one back in the day called ghost hunt from what I see on MAL it's a hit or miss for some people but i thought it was pretty enjoyable when I watched it when a thunder storm was in my area with my friends. any others that come to mind is Monster which sets that type of tone. Not really a horror but Ghost stories is pretty damn funny to watch and also has an eeriness to it. That's most of what comes to mind hope this helped.

Some episodes of Initial D work quite well on a rainy evening. With a lot of in cab shots at night in the show it mirrors the real life atmosphere of being confided inside.

I feel you. Movies are harder to get through than normal episodes.

Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryoukou has the perfect rainy day atmosphere, and watching Hotaru no Haka in a stormy night also sounds like it would be the most depressing thing ever fun.

I would go pick Mushishi. The atmosphere in a rainy night works brilliantly in setting the mood and tone for watching something like Mushishi. Winter nights are also another great option.

oh no, no no, perfect blue in a rainy night would destroy my eyeballs, optic nerve and the entire cerebrum and might even effect the medulla region.
