Where does the anime leave off in the manga?

Just wanted to continue the story, was wondering which chapter I should go from in the manga.

You can't since they adapted the full manga. Though you can start with chapter 75 since it was the chapter anime started to rush on. Oh, one thing, the manga is rushed too. Don't expect anything better, at least Doga Kobo did a wonderful job with the anime
