| This sort of thing isn't applied to other ligh novels like Oregairu that have alternative endings as well. Those should be counted as stand-alone works in away, similar to how OVAs are counted as separate from a specific anime season. |

| @Leverkuhn The reason why it is is because the author is numbering the volumes accordingly. So yeah, they are basically a continuation of the original run under the same product. Annoyingly so, because I don't want to come back to this, so it will stay On-Hold forever while I blissfully pretend not to know that by leaving it on my list as Completed. |
