| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So Mera won't be the one to convince Akame on leaving the Empire, wonder who it'll be then. Though I'm guessing she'll have to go through her own teammates, seeing as the chief has her future sword. Should be interesting to see how this develops. Side note: the ecchiness ruins this for me kinda. It's really not needed |
| Farewell, Mera. If it weren't for you, the manga wouldn't have deserved the coveted yuri tag it never got. It's still a bit jarring that her group's actually one of the lesser evils compared to the Empire. They could've worked together with Night Raid with Mera meeting her end at the hands of the Empire's Strongest instead but she wouldn't have gotten her dying wish fulfilled if she didn't get killed by Akame though. It's been more than a fair number of years since I've been reading this and now I'm nearly done... |
