I'm guessing it was most likely Tina because he was clearly traumatized. The escaped test subject saw her dead little sister. Both of them are Enma since they disguise themselves as the characters' loved ones in order to lure them and eliminate them from existence. Hope this clears it up for you. |

Palza was traumatized by memories of his past lives invoked by Enma (just like for example Hasmodai when he remembered his old home, and other children). So, this woman was somebody from his past life. He couldn't take it anymore and decided to settle with his current family and stop torturing himself. It wasn't Tina. Just some woman from one of the reincarnated lives. |
