| Oh yeah, now that Cheval mention it he used to give Nargacuga that "bad" attitude. And just like Fahali, real hunter said... Nargacuga isn't live in the dessert. Which, I believe makes Cheval realize another of his fault in the past for bringing Nargacuga to the dessert. Wait, what does that supposed to mean? A Hunter that doesn't kill? And Nargacuga that seem doesn't really affected with its own weakness, fire? I guess not all "common" logic from the game is in this Anime huh? |

I guess not all "common" logic from the game is in this Anime huh? I wondered about that too! If they don't kill, then is Riding On the only thing different between hunters and riders? There's a lot of difference between the anime and game in terms of killing monsters, though. In the game, the quests all say "Slay an Uragaan" or "Slay a Rathalos", but in the anime, Riders don't kill non-blighted monsters. (Except Cheval.) That's one of the biggest reasons I think the anime is better than the game. If the main character in the game is taking on quests to kill monsters that aren't blighted, then why does he/she have a problem with Cheval doing it?! The game doesn't really make sense when you think of that. The anime really gets the point across that Riders live with monsters, while hunters (supposedly) kill them—to take out violent ones, for meat, etc. |
