| I hoped for depth but didn't expect any. I'm glad my hope was not disappointed. What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by mentions of Dazai and his books. |
| Interesting animation. Interesting episode pacing, too... Sometimes slow, sometimes too fast. There's a lot of CGI but I think making a drama out of it in this type of anime is unnecessary. Dude, the scene where the two families were having dinner made me feel really uncomfortable... It's good to see the male MC break the stereotype of the guy who gets embarrassed too quickly. While the female MC overthinks things, it's also good that she ends up taking the initiative. I'll keep watching; it's not bad. |
