Hepburn is now a global romanization system and using "oh" is retarded when it' clearly should be romanized as oo. Creating these inconsistencies is confusing and pointless. If anything is stupid it's the usage of "oh". If something is standardized then it should stay like this. People in Japan aren't using romaji names (except few official pages or something) but they are using Kana and kanji. OO is a correct romaji writing in MAL and modern Hepburn standards.
