Heidi has returned to her beloved Alps! Joy!

Really loved this episode. Both happy as heck, while still somewhat sad since she left Clara behind. Expecting some new troubles with Dete and Grandpa to arise though.

Imagine if they had pulled the "oh, he passed on while you were gone card" with this one. World would have been flooded if they had.

But shit. I cried pretty hard anyways.

Such a wholesome, and beautiful episode that I can't even. Heidi is finally home.

I felt a bit bad for Sebastian because he started to reminisce as a way of saying goodbye, but Heidi paid him no attention. I'm sure he understands though, her body was in the train, but her mind and heart were already back home. I felt a little worried for a moment when Peter's grandmother didn't answer at first and Heidi stopped for a moment after opening the door, but she was there!

I also like that she went back home dressed like that, just like in the first episode. Her grandfather would be angry to see her dressed in a such a fancy dress, for no good reason since she is still the same at heart, but he would. So it was smart of her and well, a nice homage to their first meeting. lol

Her reunion with both Peter's grandmother, mother, and her grandfather were beautiful. I just missed Peter himself, but I guess their reunion is just another thing to look forward to in the next episode. I'm sure he is going to be so surprised and happy when he comes at the end of the day with the goats!

A heartwarming episode. It is good to see Heidi so full of joy and happiness as opposed to the sad-stricken state she was in during prior episodes. It felt nice seeing the sweet precious grandma again. Her joyful reaction was wholesome, and it melts the heart. I thought for a second Grandpa would be too upset by Heidi, considering how he could have thought that Heidi chose to leave of her own will not knowing she got manipulated into it. But that wasn't the case. Good to see that.

I will really miss Sebastian lowkey
