This series used to be a web novel that won an award in Overlap Bunko, thus getting a light novel publication. This volume serves pretty much an introduction to Sirius' new reincarnated life as a son of a noble. Using knowledge from his past life, what he innovates is quite interesting.

Nardack has beautifully illustrated the series, and as one can tell, events are different from the web novel and light novel seeing that Emilia and Reus are introduced in the first light novel volume compared to the end of the second web novel volume.

I liked how his students weren't just immediately devoted to the him just 'cause he saved them. Actually had to work on that emotional baggage. That felt kinda fresh.
