Mushishi
| It does at times go at a calm pace, but most episodes involve existential terror and at times body horror... how does that calm anyone? ;-) |

I personally find it very calming, the art, the colors, the scenery, and Ginko. This, more or less. And also the fact it is ridiculously slow paced. The more slowly paced an anime is, the more calming it is, unless it's a thriller of some sort (which Mushishi is not). The combination of the art, soundtrack, and pacing makes Mushishi a very relaxing watch. |
