So, help me clear some things up. http://imgur.com/5CmYUhQ <- so the manga's been licensed, what does that mean exactly? Like, we won't be getting translated chapters anymore or something? Sorry for stupid questions, but I'm kinda new to manga :s

I can still read from there.
o.o
No its not the apocalypse.
Here's some answers I found regarding this.
Okay, I just investigated.
- There appears to be some issue causing all Japanese manga to be shown as licensed.
- Korean and Chinese comics are unaffected.
- This is only affecting certain regions. Testing showed that the US cannot access manga, but the UK can.

So, good news, you're not imagining it.

Even better news, I looked around in the forums and found a post by a mod, firefly-lynn, stating:
"hi there, so sorry about this problem, and we are fixing it, we also hope it canbe fixed asap.
so if possible, plz wait patinetly.
sorry again for all the inconvenience
have a nice day"

So they seem to be aware of the issue, and the response indicates that it's hopefully just a temporary bug and not the apocalypse.

But Tokyo Ghoul is indeed licensed
It is licensed in France, Germany and Spain as far as I know
Plus is also licensed in the US, publication on the manga will start this year.
Now for bad and good news, they are licensing Tokyo Ghoul, not Tokyo Ghoul:RE
Although it they are licensing TG, then it most probable that in the future they will license RE.
As for getting scanlations depends on the scanlation group, since even thou One piece is licensed is still being scanlated.
"It's like Tolstoy said. Happiness is an allegory, unhappiness a story"

"And the sense of tragedy-according to Aristotle.comes, ironically enough, not from the protagonist's weak points but from his good qualities. Do you know what I'm getting at? People are drawn deeper into tragedy not by their defects but by their virtues"
