The entry for Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (season 1, not NEXT) has it listed as having only 12 episodes, but there are 13. I'd suggest adjusting this. Thank you.

Yep. That's it. Is it considered add-on because it was unaired? I was just going off the DVD.

Yeah. Usually they go off what was aired on TV. Since it was DVD only, it's an OVA.
