| Hmmm do you read the manga or not ? If you don't then you'll just have to wait ٩(^ᴗ^)۶ because it's true that we don't know anything and they somehow look alike. But if you do, even if we still don't know who he is, we know that : [spoiler]the little giant has around the same age as Tsukishima's brother and Tanaka's sister and they're younger than Take-chan. Take-chan is supposed to be 29 while Akiteru is 22 and Saeko is 21. So I guess it's not possible. [/spoilers |
| As you said, Takeda sensei has 1.66 meters. Small Giant had 1.70 meters at the time he played. So how did he lost 4 centimeters in 4 years? Shouldn't he been growing? I never heard of a young person that decreased in height! How in the hell, Ukai junior, Nekomata coach, all the guys from the Karasuno neighborhood association, Sawamura Daichi, Sugawara didn't knew he was the small Giant? Why would Takeda being lying about that? Takeda doesn't know anything about Volleyball! Do you really believe that in four years a guy would go from highschool student to a highschool teacher and a sport supervisor? NO, the reason we never see small giant face has nothing to do with him being someone familiar! Who told you that? His like a rule of storytelling? "Anybody that is mysterious, means that is someone familiar and will be a plot twist?" For now he is just a symbol, a motivator for Hinata! When, if any, he get a more direct role in the story he will appear in full glory. |
| I don't think Take-chan is Little Giant (never had once consider this possibilty) as the proofs mentionned before me and I wouldn't want him to be, even in the case it would be possible, period. |
| There is a possibility the Small Giant is Take-chan's little brother, though. On the other hand, it's even more likely the Small Giant is somebody we haven't seen yet. It would be VERY interesting if he was Shiratorizawa's coach - that would mean Hinata would technically have to fight his idol. |

| There's actually no way that he is the Little Giant... As the official character page for them lists that Take-chan is 29 and the Little Giant is currently 21... I also think it would be way too cliche for it to be Take-chan, I think there's gonna be a twist as some point. But with Take-chan's appearance being very similar, its possible that they may be related... Just a hypothesis |
