| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This series ends on a lot of cliffhangers. I think it's original of the series to have Tamahome think Yui is on their side. I'm very surprised with Yui. I thought she was going to be my favorite character but that is absolutely out the window. I'm excited to meet the remainder of the characters but sometimes I get slightly bored during the episodes. I think I'm going to take it down from a 10 to a 9 right now. |

| Not sure I understand Yui's supposive love for Tamahome? At first I figured she was just playing on Miaka's emotions, she probably is I guess. Unless she fell for him through the pages of the book I don't understand how she can be in love with him, like she knew him for minutes in ep1 and that is it. Yui blaming Miaka seems harsh though I can only assume Yui is just frustrated Miaka didn't come sooner and how Miaka seemingly gets all the luck and love while Yui fell into hard times. Also I susepct Yui isn't aware of the time dilation between our world and the book. |
