| Interesting story, characters and great graphic ^__^ |

| it's more abstract than most animes, and even when it throws your mind through a loop it manages to pull everything together so that all the randomness somehow makes sense. the dialogue is witty as hell, the characters all have their intriguing points. it's a well-rounded animu, kind of reminds me of a non-gorey/non-horror-themed 100 stories. |

| Don't know.... Probably because it's an unpredictable anime. I continued to watch cuz mostly because the impression it gave me from the first episode. XP Senjougahara-sama! <3 |

| every characters has a unique role in each epi, such an interesting stories in each epi, the chemistry of various characters & so much more to describe , it was a totally fabulous anime, i really wished if there was a 2nd season |

| actual relationship development between main characters the fact they actually became a couple instead of being all shy and elementary made me love it in the end however i wouldn't have gotten to that point if it wasnt for the S and M comedy it showed made me laugh pretty hard |
| why i didnt drop the first season and kept watching=oshino meme(dat cool balancer),senjougahara(crazy tsundere),and dat silent,mysterious blond "thing"... what did i like when i think about it after i finish= there was no other anime that i like every character...even minor characters like Ononoki,Gaen |

| because I like? simple. I like him because he is an amazing anime, and funny, with cool and very different story, all the characters are cool, working with the camera angles are amazing and it is a very different anime. But the main reason I like Bakemonogatari. is, Hanekawa :3 |

| Can't explain why you like it? It's likely because of that feeling you get when you watch it. The uniqueness of it. Let me break it down. The rapid camera angle changes and small bits of animation during these dialogue makes us love watching. It gives a "walk and talk" type of feel. It gives this sense of "action" when all that's happening is a conversation. The random movements of the characters in different angles in fluid motion makes the conversation so much more interesting to watch.(Head tilts, random small hand gestures, eye blinks). Honestly if you heard of a show where character just talk 90% of the time, it sounds boring right? But it really isn't. Visuals help. This combined with well written dialogue our brains are drawn to this strange sense of satisfaction where we combine the clever visuals with the clever dialogue in one awesome episode of anime. Giving us a sense of satisfaction no other anime has really given us. This is why many people put the monogatari series into its own category when compared to all other anime. I don't know of any other studies or anime that have this type of theme. (If there is tell me! SHAFT is awesome). Also, due to what I said above the characters get so much flavor. You love hearing them talk to each other. The banter is amazing, and you want to see more. And because there is so much dialogue we get to know a lot about how the characters think, their history, and their overall personality. And ALL the characters are interesting even though you may or may not like them. I think that explains it pretty well. It definitely is why I love it. Witty dialogue combined combined with the rapid camera angle switches just keeps me so entertained in a way no other show has ever entertained me. |
