I honestly don’t have any major complaints about the episode. Pretty much everything worked totally fine. The only disappointment was the music, very meh. I liked the opening theme, though. |

Yeah, I've been terrified for weeks now, but as its own adaptation of the novels, it's not that bad. Mamoru Miyano will never match Reinhardt as my Kaiser though! |

First I was in shock by the price. And upset.But then I did the math and the price per minute is actually lower than for many of Sentai's other releases, nevermind Aniplex or the like. It's not only the series. It's all 52 Gaiden and the 3 films. Plus the book and goodies. It's just violent in one go. If this had been done in 5 smaller sets for 160 bucks it would have been easier to do. My HUGE beef with Sentai is that they're ONLY shipping to the US. That's a real, real bummer for us that don't live there. I'm looking into seeing if a mail forwarder can get it for me. |

I think they're going to massively target the fujoshi demographic this time. Look to a lot of the characters looking more bishounen than they did Artland's version. Even older guys like von Schenkopf are going to get it I bet. |

Well, Brünhild is at least still recognisable. I do think they have overdone with the outer decorations though. It looked much more elegant in the OVA when it was uniformly white. |
