@Dyret"How are you finding it on the rewatch?" I wouldn't call it a rewatch, I was too young when it aired on TV to remember any of it. Also, if these were different times I would have already finished watching, but I'm watching too many things at once and slowly. One day I'll make some push to watch faster. For now I have nothing to complain. And episode 7 was surprisingly "homoerotic". |

@PaninaManinaI like Peter Pan a lot, and can think of many WMT series I find to be worse. But it is unusual in being more of an adventure series. In fact, I think it has more in common with some of Miyazaki's early work like Conan, Puss in Boots, Holmes and Laputa than other WMT series. Especially the exciting chase sequences in the climactic mid-point and final episodes feel very reminiscent of those, and are my favourite parts of it. I will admit the rest of the show can drag at times. I also thought the character designs were weird to begin with, but after I got used to them I think they are appealing and distinct. How are you finding it on the rewatch? |

The first ever WMT I watched was Peter Pan no Bouken, it was one of the first animations I ever watched, I probably had 5 years.Because I had "already watched" and the character design seems so ugly I never had interest in watching it, but recently I remembered that it exists. Also, that one of the characters was probably my first ever "anime crush" (even if I was so young...). And lastly, recently it was fully subbed, so I started watching. This one don't seem to have many fans. Maybe it's "bad" for WMT standards? |

I did not know that this is an entire genre, like I knew heidi and dog of flanders and I love the artstyle and guessed that they were maid by the same company but could not really find it. But I found it now, I am so happy. |

@everfang I mean that it was removed from youtube. Not sure about the resolution differences, I got the files directly from the source from that Telegram group. By "files" I mean these the series subtitled in spanish, I also have the raws. |

@PaninaManina what does it mean "The yakuza tried to erase this from the internet."? The one you put on Nyaa is 480 x 360. When the files were on youtube I downloaded them and they are 640 x 480. I also have raw WMVs of the series that are also 640 x 480. |

OOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!I opened QBittorent and remembered what I had commented before. Went to the folder where Sounthern Rainbow in spanish is saved thinking about creating a torrent and putting it on Nyaa. But before I wanted to know how many gigabytes the folder was, and because Windows Explorer is a piece of garbage I selected the first episode and pressed "Shift+Down" to select all the files and... I accidentally touched "Deleted" instead of "Down"... Couldn't cancel it fast enough (windows on this notebook being as slow as it is didn't helped), lost the first 16 episodes. Sadly Recuva is failing me and can't find the deleted files. Maybe I did a backup on the external HD but I'm not in the mood to check right now. |

This isn't a WMT anime, but I wanted to let you all know, somebody made a really cute short anime film based on the book Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm by Kate Douglas Wiggin, and it is really, really good. Definitely check it out if you can find it, and it has English subs, too! |

Hey, Southern Rainbow was removed from Youtube? I just searched now, that spanish translation and I'm not finding it. Was it removed?If yes, what people here think about me putting it on Nyaa? And talking about putting it on Nyaa to prevent it from being lost, no one used that translation to translate it to english? |
