Hokuto (ホクト)Dr. Eve is a character of the day who appeared in The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémopolis. She claims to be extremely intelligent, saying that she got her doctorate degree when she was only nine years old, but this is left in doubt due to her rather arrogant and hasty personality.An archaeologist, Eve took credit for uncovering the ancient lost city of Pokémopolis, despite the fact that Ash and his friends actually found it; it was located near modern-day Pallet Town. However, Eve soon learned that her discovery was much more complicated and dangerous than it seemed. After accidentally awakening a giant Gengar and Alakazam, Eve was horrified at what she had done and feared that the two would destroy Pallet Town and the entire world. Thankfully, a giant Jigglypuff put the other giants to sleep, and everything went back to normal. Although Eve had been terrified at what happened, it didn't frighten her away from continuing to be an archaeologist. In fact, it made her want to study Pokémopolis even more than ever.
