This anime takes zero chances on anything.
The most average anime i've seen in a long time.
Lots of fan service, the main character gets too strong too quick as usual.
If you've seen any isekai or video game type anime you'll have seen most of this before.
I've liked little scenes here and there but that is it sadly.
Don't get me wrong i've seen way worse than this but after the first couple of episodes it's just dull.
I'd say skip this one unless you're new to the genre.

Since i have nothing else to say because the anime is just that vanilla i'm writing this sentence to ... fill out the word requirement for reviews.

This anime was one of the rare times I watched every single episode in 1 sitting. For the last few weeks I've been in a bit of a slump with anime. Lately I haven't found any that I've fully enjoyed with the exception of the seasonal anime currently going on but Even Given the Worthless "Appraiser" Class, I’m Actually the Strongest managed to make me watch it start to finish and enjoy every moment of it.

I can see why this anime seems to be very mixed with the community. On the surface it comes across as another generic ass fantasy anime in which the ... main character starts off weak and within the span of like 30 minutes becomes ridiculously over powered and can defeat any monster in one hit. And for the most part, that is how it begins. Maybe I'm just that de-sensitized to it at this point but I didn't mind it this time. Normally I hate that trope but it felt different this time. Yeah, there was quite a lot of monsters he easily defeated in one hit, even S rank monsters. However, there was also a lot of monsters that made Ein really think about what he was doing. It felt like the way they set it up was to cut out the filler monsters, and only make the important battles the ones he had to think about which I appreciated.

The story itself I thought was decent, but I'm also a sucker for up and coming characters that start out weak and hated and work their way up. The biggest example I can give is Shield Hero with Naofumi. Ein himself was also pretty likable and I liked pretty much all the sisters that was introduced. Pina was a little bit annoying and Ursula took some growing on me but none of them were bad in my opinion. Alice was definitely the best in my books but that one is 100% biased as shy girls are my favorite (Sumi literally being my current profile picture)

I really hope for a season 2, but with how negative the reception to this anime appears to be, it seems unlikely. Really glad I picked this one up

Unfortunately, the characters are quite cliché, and so is the story. It's very easy to predict what they’ll do because their personalities lack depth — they’re just too simplistic. The main character ends up adding every girl he meets to his harem, which feels forced and completely unrealistic.

The story isn’t original at all. It follows a formula that’s been done many times before, and it doesn't bring anything fresh to the table. The art style kind of fits the story, but only in a forced way — it doesn't help elevate the experience or set it apart visually.

One major issue is how unrealistically the characters ... react to events. The main character dies and comes back multiple times, but he and others around him just go on as if nothing happened. There's no emotional weight or believable response, which really breaks immersion.

If you’re younger or just getting into this type of anime, you might still enjoy it. But as someone who's seen a lot in this genre, I personally didn’t like it and couldn’t go past episode 4.

My god was this a tragedy. Genuinely interesting first two? episodes laying out the character and then the powers he gains in what I felt was a pretty unique setting and situation!

Then it immediately descended into worthless horny drivel of every single breathing thing around the MC throwing themselves endless at the MC with an unending list of anime tropes. Feels like the makers had a concept and nothing else and just needed to get their rocks off fanaticizing for themselves. They've set up for a season two, which I strongly hope does not occur.

They give the MC ... a background, and you understand who he is and why he is the way he is, but they also abandon that hierarchy except for one mention in an episode about midway in, and even at that point, the plot point is forgotten due to the drivel that has already started. Don't get me started on the last episode and a half either. They literally ran out of story and just spent it...cleaning a castle while having everyone hit on the MC? There were several points I just skipped five seconds just because I was aware nothing of value was happening.

If you want to get your fan service and pretend large endowed woman fawn over you, this is the show for you, if you want plot and character development, RUN.

This anime had the potential to be a solid 7/10, but the protagonist’s ridiculously weak personality dragged it down to a 4.

Let me break it down. The story kicks off strong: the main character is betrayed by his so-called allies and left for dead in a dungeon. Classic setup. He suffers, gains real power, and crawls his way out — you’d expect this to be the turning point, right? A moment where he becomes stronger not just physically, but mentally.

Wrong.

Instead of standing tall, seeking justice, or even just protecting his dignity, the guy comes out crying like a baby, full of self-doubt, and with ... zero confidence. He forgives the people who literally left him to die. And not just forgives — he saves one of them from being killed by a monster in another dungeon. Are you kidding me?

What message are Japanese writers trying to send here? That no matter how horribly someone treats you, you’re supposed to smile, cry a little, and still save them? It’s unrealistic, frustrating, and borderline insulting. This is not emotional maturity — it’s weakness disguised as kindness.

In real life, if someone does you good, you repay them double. But if someone stabs you in the back and tries to bury you? You don’t hand them a flower — you show them you’re not someone to mess with. That’s called growth. That’s called self-respect.

I just don’t get it. Maybe the writers think this is “deep” or “noble,” but it sends the wrong message. A protagonist with no self-trust, no backbone, and no realistic reaction to betrayal makes it hard to take the story seriously.

Watch it if you’re into the “forgive your enemies even if they try to kill you” type of fantasy. Otherwise, skip it.

A surprisingly good series that I had a lot of fun watching.
To be honest going in it looked to be another generic OP mc harem fantasy story (which it is dont get me wrong) but I actually really liked it. Definitely not an amazing series but not horrible either. These sorts of stories are also a guilty pleasure of mine so I might come off as biased lol.
Story - 6
The story follows Ein who is an Appraiser which is viewed as a useless skill. He is betrayed and left behind by his party and eventually ends up being saved and trained by Yuri (a ... spirit) and her guardian Ursula. From there Ein becomes stronger and becomes an OP mc who gradually gains a harem.
I wont say much more about the plot but all in all its somewhat generic but I had fun with it.
Characters - 8
Easily the best part about the series is the characters. All the girls that eventually join Ein are quite charming and likeable. Their all quirky and unique to each other which is fun to see them interacting. A stand out is probably Ursula for me. Tbh I really disliked her in the first couple episodes for how she would treat the mc and her attitude but eventually she warmed up and became much more likeable as her relationship grew with Ein.
Ein the MC is also a stand out. His journey and character building was very compelling. While I felt his Schitzo punished mini arc was a cool addition I would have liked it to last longer and have more impact before he overcomes it. It was introduced and immediately gets beaten the next episode.
Music/sound -6
Actually really liked the opening song. Really cool tune, as for the ending I didnt feel anything towards it for the most part. Not bad but just didnt stick out to me. Sound design is quite good and the voice casting is pretty good too. No complaints in that department but again nothing really stuck out to me.
Unfortunately this series is unlikely to get another season even though it still has material to draw from due to its generic-ish nature. I would love a second season but for now I shall read the manga.
Overall a fun watch that is flawed but has some great characters and heart to it.

At first, I was excited, and the anime really seemed promising. Then the creators decided to bombard us with a ridiculously huge amount of unfunny jokes and embarrassing behavior from every character. I don’t even feel like mentioning the MC, who’s trying to be the new Tanjiro. If anyone gives this anime more than a 5/10, it's probably just because of the ecchi nothing else. The only thing that could have changed my opinion would be an ending where the goddesses, after using the MC to the fullest, finally end his life, but that didn’t happen. For me, it’s a 3/10.

I don't think it's all that bad, but I just grew tired of it. Nothing ever happens on this show. Gotta have the most boring first episode ever known to man, ngl. It took 3 episodes just for the setup (a thing that could be wrapped in 1/5 episode) and I'm just tired. I bet that by the end of this season things will start moving for real until it leaves you in a horrendous cliffhanger, craving for the next one in 6 or 7 years from now. It's all so tiresome. Shows like this make me wanna endorse the "just read the manga" cult ... if it even had one. Don't waste your time.

The story was predictable. I had hoped it would be fresh and exciting since it premiered in 2025. However, throughout all 12 episodes, it remained predictable. Many anime had a similar plot where the main character was powerful and defeated the villains after being reincarnated, revived, or surviving a serious tragedy. Even within this familiar setup, there were usually a few unique scenes or traits. I knew the title suggested predictability, but I still watched it, expecting something different. In the end, it was just as I thought: predictable.

Eins survived a personal tragedy and became stronger thanks to a girl who supported him on his ... journey. His real strength came from the girls he met along the way. His adventure began when one girl fell in love with him, giving him the strength he needed to survive. This plot was predictable. I had expected to see what happened to Echidna and why. Since Echidna was a spirit, I felt excited about that part. But as I watched, I didn't find anything relevant. For 12 episodes, I waited for an explanation for that scene, but it never came.

The animation was good, but not thrilling. It was decent compared to other animations that felt like slide presentations.

Now that this anime has come to an end
I'll say that this been an amazing ride.
We saw Ein each ep rebuild his character greater and greater, becoming an overall better and stronger person with the full support of those he loves and those that love him as more and more spirits enter his lives as he saves them and reunites them with their sisters. This isn't just a character development for Ein but also for everyone, Ursula, Yuri, Pina, Kursh, Akahane, Kurohime,
Alice, and lastly May in many ways more or less.
Now not sure why this anime is getting all these negative reviews ... that 100% isn't deserving of, either they haven't been paying attention or drop it early on. EIther way I beg to differ with their mere opinions.

This tricks you into giving it the benefit of the doubt. The first 3 episodes are pretty good, like a 7/10. Episode 4 onward is the show becoming progressively more horny and less focused. Episode 10 was the limit for my taste, and I've stuck with some pretty bad shows to the end. Without spoiling anything, the plot of this episode turns the MC into a moron out of nowhere. It insists on redeeming a character that is both irredeemable and unlikable.

Long story short, don't waste your time unless you actually enjoy harem slop. This is definitely not one of the one's that's good enough ... to let you ignore the horny stuff.

Watching this anime felt like meeting someone new. At first, they seemed great, but the more I got to know them, the more their bad sides showed. This anime was exactly the same. When I first watched the first 3 episodes, I was quite interested in the story. However, as I continued watching, I started to feel weird about it and grew to dislike the story. I still don't understand why the MC, with his appraisal skill, even decided to become an adventurer. Someone with a skill like that just isn't cut out to be an adventurer. Why didn't he just become a merchant if ... all he wanted was to change his life? I simply couldn't grasp the MC's motivation for becoming an adventurer. Then, the further I watched, the more I got fed up with the MC's incredibly naïve personality.

The visuals themselves are just average in my opinion; there's nothing special about them. The music is just as forgettable; nothing memorable at all. I definitely don't recommend watching this anime because I honestly can't find anything that makes me want to recommend it to you.

This anime tells a simple story that isn't particularly original. While it's not outright bad, it doesn't bring anything fresh to the genre either. Some episodes are entertaining enough to keep you watching, while others feel a bit low-effort and lack energy. It’s best suited for times when you're bored and want something easy to watch without too much thinking.

The main character himself isn’t very memorable, but some of his companions manage to leave a better impression — although even a few of them, especially the two introduced near the end, didn’t get enough time to develop properly. Unfortunately, many ... side characters also feel underused, and the story as a whole ends up feeling somewhat unfinished. There’s no strong antagonist to provide real conflict or tension either.

The animation is average but gets the job done, and the art design isn’t bad. The music isn’t particularly memorable — not something you’d listen to on its own — but it doesn’t interrupt the viewing experience either.

Final Thoughts:
It’s not a must-watch, but not a complete waste of time either. If you’re looking for something light and easy to pass the time, it might do the trick. Just don’t expect anything groundbreaking or deeply engaging.

TL:DR: At this point I dont expect much from it, given how fast it progresses, but I wont be dropping it yet. Sadly I feel like it could be done better (haven't read the sauce tho), but as if now, it's ok as a meal anime.
Not as bad as it might seem, but I recommend you wait few more episodes and check later reviews to give it a try...

Story is mid so far, hard to say at 3rd episode. Def cliche and really fast pace, probably leaving out chunks of source (or maybe not).
Character design and animation is good. Fights are pretty good (sadly given ... how this is often lacking in these kinds of shows).

Normally I would say its pretty decent pick, but it suffers from the same issues plaguing most recent mid lvl fantasy anime releases...
The MC is OP (trash skill turned op so hard he extracts multiple skills from each killed enemy, usually with max lvl too so I dont expect any rewarding progress). The MC is also very naive - minor spoiler ( in 3rd ep I was looking forward to see how they will approach that MC has his 1st waifu with him when he goes to meet the ppl who betrayed him and left him to die, but instead of moral clash between innocent spirit girl and guy looking for revenge we got the MC just forgiving the ppl who used him as a bait for monsters 2eps prior).
The comedic scenes are the classic shounen cringe (its not Naruto lvl, but still bad, I would say barely fine). One thing that was kinda funny is surprisingly the harem, as the way he got his 2nd (the first impression) and 3rd (ykyk) were really surprising and funny.
