Taruruuto-kun is similar to Doraemon but there are many Ecchi Scenes so It's not for Kids.
Story is fair a magical kid became friend with a boy called Honmra and he help him all the time. I wish there story more than this but It's a daily life of Honmra boy.
This Anime got very good sound for 90's Anime every Actors did a great job.
Art is bad not my favorite, One of Character they copy Vegeta from Dragon ball and other like Iyona they copy Shizuka also a Character like Gian from Doraemon.
