Main protag is kicked out of their party for being useless, but they end up actually being decently capable, then settle down in a little town, and have a cute "gifted' girl with a huge crush on them.

Big difference would be that Chillin' in my 30s' party were the bad guys, and is a bit more focused on the comedy.

Similarities: 

Both involves MCs who got fired from their party.

Both were able to find their own fortunes and become good at it. 
Both MCs tries to keep a low profile , faith says otherwise.

Dissimilarities:

Kaiko Sareta:

The MC found out later on that he really never belong to his kind in the first place. 

The MC found out what he's capable off , something that he never learned when he was with his own kind.

The MC tries to keep a low profile , but faith has it that he is destine to achieve great feats .

Shin no Nakama:

After getting the boot from his own party, he retires is some quite town to become an Apothecary, but wasn't getting a success.

He gets to form a relationship with one of his former party comrade .

They later found out that both of them can't leave they're former jobs as ex adventurers and found out that just the two of them can be their own party.

Every now and then you just need that one fulfilling and relaxing fantasy anime. Just so happens that both these (literally) long titles have that in store for you.

Don't underestimate the small things that life gives us. May seem "empty" and "generic" but I promise they go a long way if you don't try to extrapolate to something that isn't meant to exist in these realms. 

As they do, you do as well. Relax and watch the lives of communities and close ones grow into something special.

Looking at the names shows how these two shows are similar. So I feel like I don't per say need to go into full detail. 

1) Both get kicked out of their parties

2) Both MC's start a quite nice life on the country side starting a new family.

In both shows main character gets fired from his previous job by the evil chief, and then starts a new life in the small countryside with the beautiful girl

Its identical but in reverse

Both MC are fired/banished not by the leader
Both MC settle in a small remote village
Both MC don't want to return
Both leaders don't agree with the decision
Both groups begin to fall apart after MC leaves

Both shows feature a MC who was unceremoniously fired and set off to live a quiet life as an adventurer.  Both MCs are freakishly strong in a way in which his former party would come to regret letting him go.

MC gets booted from a group that overlooked their abilities. That group's performance greatly suffers while MC lives a better life in a quaint village. They booted the best tank in the world and the one in charge of logistics, what did they expect.

- MC on these Animes was a knight(retired) and both are strong and has some hidden skills for the viewer to watch.
- Heroine has similar face and habit.

Another title from the Winter 2022 season, it offers a very similarly laid back and relaxed viewing experience. If you finish Chillin' in My 30s and wanted a more slice-of-life vibe, then I think this is a good next step.

A 30 year old man is transported to another world! 

Unfortunately the action from Slime is not translated into the farming life presented in Kaiko Sareta Ankoku Heishi... but village development and fan service definitely is. 

While Kaiko may have more fanservice than Slime, the evolution of a settlement from humble beginnings to prosperous living is shared between the two. Though slime has more of an action tag to it, Kaiko has more of a slice of life feel. Both share comedy equally and hopefully will fill that hole that both of these series leave after you finish them and/or anticipate another season.
