To Heart 2

Similarities: Both have comedy, drama, school and harem genres. Both involves the muchachos (male leads) having to deal with the different personalities of each members of his harem. Both members of the harem has feelings for the muchachos. Both muchachos also have someone in his harem which he would not wanna mess with. Both muchahos are kind hearten gringos. both muchachos has a dude whom he's friends with. And, both muchachos always gets into awkward situations involving their harem. Dissimilarities: In HKH, the muchacho there had a first kiss with the first chica he meets (accidentally of course), while in TH2, the muchacho has not had any kiss with any members of his harem. In HKH, the muchacho has moved from the city into the country side co'z of his sickly nino hermano, while the muchacho in TH2 remains in the city. The muchacho in HKH lives with his father's known associated (together with his brother) while in TH2 the muchacho completely lives alone, with a couple of androids in later episodes.  read more 

Harems, one of several themes of both of these series. We have one clueless guy surrounded by girls. As the series progresses, the MC has interactions with other characters that opens up his mind a bit. Both series has comedy, drama, and of course, romance. Ichigo 100% contains more comedy while To Heart 2 has more of the drama. But overall, both series has the common cliche, childhood friends, school setting, misunderstandings, and love triangles.  

Generic Harem anime about cute girls, the characters had autism, relaxing OST, and good Drama. 

In both animes there are a lot of girls and one guy interacting with them. There is also some romance and both are set in a high school.  

Two peaceful and cute harem animes. If you liked Da Capo, I'm sure you will like To Heart 2. 

Similar slice of life/school/harem type stories, both containing similar characters in similar situations, and the school looks pretty much exactly the same in both of them. 

Both are calm-paced harem shows, and in addition To Heart 2 has a pair of twins in the harem while Futakoi IS about twins. 

Shuffle! and To Heart 2 consists of a typical harem romance set-up, where the main character is liked by a number of attractive girls, and he must choose which girl he wishes to be with or not.
