Althrough Universe is just a music video and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica is a tv show, Universe will imidiately remind you of Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica while watching it, as the animation is made in the same style as worlds of witches in Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica so every fan will sure enjoy this short music video. 

I suppose they don't have much in common other than the witch designs. It may not seem like the biggest reason to recommend the two titles, but one would be misled to think that is a reason with negligible importance. What we have here are music videos and anime that are full of passion and convey their emotion in meaningful ways not often seen by the medium. The designs come together to bring a transcendental experience for any dear viewer. Take them, enjoy them, remember them. They are that powerful. 

Both are short music video. Both have unusual animation that takes viewer to another fantasy-like world. Both are very enjoyable to watch.
