Both are similar with : - Music and singers universe : Visual Prison is Visual Kei genre when Hypnisis Mic is Rap one. - Singers battles - Bromance vibes - Really good OST and seiyuus.

Both are heavily influenced by rap and Japanese streetwear/street culture. They also have colorful characters and feature characters in a unique type of battle. These battles take place in an underground setting that only characters who are worthy have access to.

I'm gonna start off by saying Hypnosis Mic is way better than GOH, that being said at their core these shows are heavily carried by there high budget over the top battles while focusing less on their plots.

I know Classicaloid has reincarnated composers characters, while Hypmic has ikemen characters who does rapping and not based of real people, but I just found out some similar things between these series: - Has chaotic first episode - Music genre who has bizarre elements - Angst flashbacks of the main characters - Has magical girl vibe when the main characters unleash their music I think if you liked anime with music genre, but didn't bother the bizarre elements, maybe you can try watching these

Hypnosis Mic is Symphogear G/GX/XV with boys. There's an extravagant flair and fabulous music-based action scenes in both, as well as a great dose of yuri/yaoi bait. Same director as the later Geah seasons too.

both are focused on music themed storylines and are both part of multimedia projects as well too.
