Hal & Bons is a CGI animated anime, about a riceball(?) interviewing two lazy-ass dogs that do nothing else but drinking beer and watching tv.
With that said, I said everything I could actually say about it, there's nothing more to it.
The characters are good enough, the dogs are just normal, while the riceball (Mochi) is hyper, can't do his job right and doesn't have any patience. This doesn't mix with the dogs right, so it takes awhile before the interview is completed.
The animation is poor, no, dreadful, so is the art, the mouths of the dogs and Mochi are just plain ugly, and animation even
