Interest Stacks   Like the title says these are anime where the MC becomes what they hate the most, which in my opinion makes for a very good character arc but I digress, in these anime the protagonist (or antagonist) progressively or suddenly turns into what they hate the most either voluntary or involuntary as a means to survive, to change the world around them or just by pure accident. Source: AniDB  at first i wanted to only put the good ones but i changed my mind   What the title says, any anime which has over 1,000 fanfics on AO3. (Note: anime with 10,000+ fics are on their own list, so if you see anything that’s super popular that's missing, that’s why) And since the tagging system on AO3 is a bit inconsistent I made a few choices:   So in 2023, I decided to challenge myself to watch all the anime based on otome games or with a game adaptation even if that isn't a good anime in the end.   This interest stack is filled with anime that is both romantic and dramatic. It is meant for watchers who want to see a serious romance unfold among dramatic twists and turns. These titles have very little comedy and stay serious until the very end! This list is non-exhaustive as it only includes titles that I have watched.   romantic anime that are sad, or have dark or heavy themes. usually from tragic backstories but also just the whole idea...   Apparently I've seen my fair share of anime about vampires.   you know the vibes. a little dramatic. a little unnecessary. probably a fair amount of teenage yearning. lots of crying. maybe even some chasing each other in the rain. basically like the entire twilight series. that kinda thing.   Vampire related anime. Simple  Sharing some of the best romance anime series and movies I've seen so far. The list also contains themes of comedy, drama, slice of life or fantasy/ sci-fi.   Anime with hot guys to steal the spotlight. Eye candy! 😋  These animes are rated low, but are actually quite enjoyable. The plots can be convulated or too big for the number of episodes, but with an open-mind can be appreciated. They have really strong underlying themes and depth. If you finish the whole series, you will be satisfied.
