The setting is always set in a elementary school. In that school a classroom is run by a unintelligable teacher who isn't human. That classroom is where you will be witnessing the carefree life of Pascal-sensei.
In the first episode you get a glimpse of the young elementary students, not to forget the animation that shows the students young and innocent side. It really is interesting seeing such a colourful and cute design for the kids. The animation is childish and likable. It's easy to adapt to and shows no problems to point out at.
