Plot: 9/10
The story being told here was lovely, well-written, and almost perfectly explained, putting even some high-budget pieces (still looking at you, Makoto “who cares about making Hina’s powers consistent or logical in any capacity?” Shinkai) to absolute shame with its competence.
Characters: 8/10

Animation: 3/10
