Well basically, both the main character doesn't want to kill people and each series is funny as hell! And it has the same theme too.

Both focus on a female traveler who is skilled with a gun but would rather not use it. Kino no Tabi is more philosophical and episodic, while Grenadier is ecchi action/adventure with an overarching plotline. Both have some comedic moments.

Grenadier has a very similar humour and art to early Shippuden. Of course the similarity is rooted in trends of its time (2004-2005). The style of narration is also similar. Grenadier has a bit more ecchi. Naruto has more world-building. Both have similar dynamics between protagonists and antagonists (good guys - bad guys). Honestly, Grenadier almost feels like a filler Naruto arc, but more lewd and with different characters.

* Both has most disliked thing in MAL - Fanservice!!!! * Female MC's are badass af when needed ( invincibility mode?? ) * Action...Action....and more action in every episode!!! * Grenadier is more simplistic show....(MC always wins no matter what) unliked HOTD, MC's are fucked up in that Zombieland...they're never safe from anything... * Recommending only for normal/casual viewers.....( not for douchebag elitist/troll/hater pricks )

Both tell stories about an adventure through a world inspired by the wild west, with guns and swords galore. Both have fun action and follow a small group of travelers, although Grenadier has more ecchi content and Gun x Sword is more episodic until a little past the halfway point. They also share a very similar art style.

Similarities: Both involves chicks who can kick ass and with big boobs, BOINK! BOINK! Both shares the same shojo, action and ecchi genres, BOINK! BOINK! Both main chicks has a side kick who joins them in thier journey, BOINK! BOINK! Disimilarities: MH has an extra martial arts, samurai, yuri and history genre, While Grenadier has adventure and comedy as its extra genre. In Grenadier the chick has 2 side kicks, one is a man and one is a kid, while MH only has her loyal aide as her sidekick. When it comes to being seen naked, the main chick in MH is very much reluctant unless it's  read more

Both take place during a time as guns were replacing swords, and Samurai are no longer needed. Neither Kenshin, nor Rushyuna want to kill their opponents and disable the enemies with their superiour skill.

Both are light-hearted "girls with guns" anime. They have similar art style and a lot of action with ecchi humor. Although settings are quite different - near future in "Burn-up" and medieval in "Grenadier".

'Grenadier' and the 'Queen's Blade' series both offer busty female leads in a loose action/adventure story plot. 'Grenadier' is has a more story to ecchi ratio, while 'Queen's Blade' has a more ecchi to story ratio.

Similar plot, a long quest to reach some place. Both have female main character with some kind fo special ability.

Excentric weapon expert (sword/gun) travels around fictionalized historical Japan fighting other excentric weapon users, while having ties to the ruler of the land. While both have some comedy moments, Grenadier is considerably less serious.
