Divergence Eve aired in 2003. It was created by Tsukumo Takumi and produced by Radix before the studio shut down in 2006. I don't know what to expect from it. I've never reviewed a Radix work before. The only Radix production I'm even vaguely familiar with is Amazing Nurse Nanako and, I have to say, that does not inspire confidence. But that also came out three-four years before this one and most studios have their good and bad moments. So, let's see if Divergence Eve is worth looking into.

I personally would not recommend this anime to anyone. First episode and I could see someone tossing this anime to the side since confusion and disinterest is already taking root to your mind. After watching all the way to the end of this season I am already dropping the second season unless someone stops me and tells me I should watch it.

Some parts of this anime remind me of some cheezy 1980's movie where the main character just did some crack and they go on a "wild" adventure, then there are the parts that actually make sense and then there are the extremely confusing parts ...
