While dragon ball is an anime rather about action, these specials are still something very enjoyable. Well the age group is obviously like 6-12 years and the animation is really bad, but it's still nice since it teaches kids not to play with fire and teaches kids not to just run across a street without looking. If you're a fan of the original OG Dragon Ball from 1986 them im sure you're gonna enjoy these specials.
And since i have to write a longer review here's my thoughts on if the specials made sense: No, they didn't really make sense and it's obviously non-canon almost like
