Both are horror anime with a similar dark and gritty tone. Both protagonists are a living normal life before they turn into a monster. Both protagonists are struggling to keep their humanity intact while battling against evil supernatural monsters trying to destroy humanity. Both are action-packed anime with lots of blood and gore. If you like one, you will enjoy the other.

they both possess strong inner monster inside them.

Extremely dark and nihilistic anime, focusing on amoral characters who cause only mayhem. Both are quite disturbing and contain similar levels of violence, gore and nudity. Both are stylistically similar and also give off the same vibe and atmosphere.

Both OVAs are filled with violence and fun, a good soundtrack and treat plot as a secondary element.

From the character designs to the extremely gory and violent graphics, this is probably the closest you can get to the Devilman series.

Amon movie is just a part of the Classical Devilman series. (*Note: it is not devilman crybaby) You can still watch it if you watched devilman crybaby. It is just a view that if Akira's devil broke out what would happen.

Both of these anime fall under the same demographic and are intended for a similar audience. They feature a main protagonist who fights against supernatural creatures (vampires in JoJo, demons in Devilman). They also contain a lot of gore and violence.

Very similar animation style, storylines and character designs. Both are also from the same creator, Go Nagai.

Towa no Quon and Amon are similar because both main characters are trying to save and gather people that have special powers, gained devil bodies while retaining their human minds. In Amon they are hunted down by the world when they are the only thing the can stop the invasions of the demons that will kill all humans. Battling the enemy and the ones they are trying to protect.

Both are based on manga from Go Nagai and are set in the same universe. However, you don't need to watch Devilman to watch Violence Jack. They both have a similar dark and gritty tone. As well as similar art and a similar vibe. Violence Jack and Amon: The Apocalypse of Devilman are both set in a world of despair and mayhem. They are also both action-packed anime with lots of blood, gore, and gratuitous nudity. However, Violence Jack contains graphic scenes of rape while Amon: Apocalypse of Devilman doesn't. If you like one, you should enjoy the other.

Both titles were released in the early 2000's with a similar dark and gritty atmosphere. The main protagonists in both titles can transform into a demon monstrous form and uses their power to fight for good instead of evil. The SoulTaker has a design that looks pretty similar to Devilman. They both feature supernatural elements with lots of violence and blood. If you enjoyed Devilman or looking for another demonic theme superhero, I recommend trying out The SoulTaker. If you enjoy The SoulTaker, feel free to give the Devilman OVAs a try.

Both titles are action-packed anime filled with violence, blood, gore and plenty of hellish demonic monsters. They also have a similar dark and gritty atmosphere. The main protagonist in both anime have to fight for survival and must give up some of their humanity to fight against powerful evil supernatural forces. However, Devilman takes place in a modern day world while Berserk takes place in a medieval fantasy setting. If you like one, you will enjoy the other.

Amon is much bloodier and has better gore, but some of the action scenes are similiar and it has the same feel to it. I would call Guyver a PG-13 version of Amon.
