Tekken: Blood Vengeance

Animation is similar & they're perfect for Action lovers. They are also both based on Video Games. 

Like The King of Fighters: Another Day. Tekken Blood Vengeance is based on a well-known fighting game franchise. Both franchises are different, but they do share some similarities with each other. 

Both are (arguably) the best anime adaptations of the video games they represent. Both have some top tier fight scenes. Both focus on only a few of the games' characters, with only small or brief cameo appearance by other known characters. Regardless, if you are a fan of either franchise, then these are must watch titles. Side Note: Try to avoid the recently re-released SF2 (Blu Ray edition) it's been horribly re-edited. Stick with the original DVD or VHS versions.

Though they may not share similar stories, both movies showed great animation/cgi. So if you're looking for eye candy or whatnot you may like Captain Harlock.
